Yes. As a Health Coach and Professional Chef, I have made it my mission to spread the truth about optimal health. True wellness means knowing your body so completely that you can control your physical and mental health by paying attention to what you eat, how you sleep, and how you manage the many stressors that are part of our modern life. I empower people to realize their full potential and to release the myth that mediocre health and aging are a fact of life. I share the secrets I have learned to fuel the body, mind and soul, and I have experienced first hand how small changes made over time can lead you to your dream life. My hope is that with some education and heart, you will find what I have found - that you have the opportunity to live the most fulfilling life possible, and you have the right to optimal health.

It’s rare for anyone to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional, and sadly, most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. No one diet works for everyone; therefore, I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. In a supportive environment, I will help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
